Gather monthly fees and rent
Organize insurance requirements
Aid in preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports
Handle tenant applications, leases, or contracts
Engage with prospective tenants to review leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership
Support property managers in administrative tasks for residential, commercial and/or community association properties
Organize property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs Requirements - Strong interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
Experience in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred
