Controller

We’re looking for an experienced Controller to join the Dexterra team and support our CMI Facilities Management division. WHAT IS THE JOBThe Controller will lead monthly close activities, full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with internal controls and external regulatory frameworks, including DCAA.This role reports to the Director of Finance, with a dotted line to the EVP, Operations, and is essential in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly close processes and full-cycle accounting, including payroll and invoicing.Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.Ensure compliance with internal controls, Delegation of Authority (DOA), and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).Oversee Accounts Payable and support the AP team.Manage weekly cash flow tracking and reporting.Support internal and external audits, including DCAA compliance.Partner with operations to identify financial risks and opportunities.Drive continuous improvement and automation in financial processes.Utilize ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint) for reporting and analysis.
