Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? Our client is seeking a dedicated, experienced individual to join our team and provide top-notch building maintenance for our commercial properties. Our client's team members are their greatest asset, and they invest in their growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Maintenance Technician, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Performing exterior painting and pressure washing
Conducting concrete repairs
Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and ensuring overall curb appeal
Handling debris pick-up and removal
Repairing fences
Patching drywall
Communicating effectively with vendors, residents, and other external parties
Driving a work vehicle to various locations, including out-of-state properties
Maintaining accurate web-based timecards for billing and payroll
Updating our web-based work order system with job details
Participating in our On-Call rotation
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently
Undertaking other maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience in building maintenance or related field
A personal set of general tools
The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Excellent manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and balance
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
