Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? Our client is seeking a dedicated, experienced individual to join our team and provide top-notch building maintenance for our commercial properties. As a key player in our organization, you will represent our client with pride and professionalism, embodying our commitment to excellence. Our client's team members are their greatest asset, and they invest in their growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Maintenance Technician, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Performing exterior painting and pressure washing

Conducting concrete repairs

Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and ensuring overall curb appeal

Handling debris pick-up and removal

Repairing fences

Patching drywall

Communicating effectively with vendors, residents, and other external parties

Driving a work vehicle to various locations, including out-of-state properties

Maintaining accurate web-based timecards for billing and payroll

Updating our web-based work order system with job details

Participating in our On-Call rotation

Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently

Undertaking other maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Proven experience in building maintenance or related field

A personal set of general tools

The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Excellent manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and balance

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
