Interested in joining our mission to fill store shelves with our ice cream? Our Vermont Manufacturing team is currently looking for a HR Coordinator.We have an elite HR team and are expanding! We'd now like to welcome a coordinator to perform a variety of human resources (HR) support responsibilities relating to the implementation and administration of Ben and Jerry’s HR policies, procedure, and programs. This role will serve as an advocate for employees, management, and the manufacturing plants by providing administrative support to the human resource function.Who You Are & What You’ll Do

New Hire Orientation ownership, execution, and stakeholder management

Assist with payroll, attendance, benefit questions

Co-lead engagement and coordinate external/internal events

HR systems management

Provide ad hoc support to the HRBP

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Minimum of 1-2 years related experience

Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $53,400 to $80,200. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
