Job SummaryThe primary objective is to ensure execution of the National Account program. The National Accounts Program Manager SBS is responsible for building a deep and lasting professional relationship with each client, as well as the internal WM network that supports the successful execution of waste management programs. The National Accounts Program Manager SBS is accountable for the quality of each client book of business while supporting the goals of the organization to grow and maintain existing clients.II. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.Sales: Partner with the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) in the support of new program initiatives including right sizing, renewals, growth, acquisitions, mergers and the addition of new services such as compact monitorsAchieves a renewal rate of 90% of client contractsProposes outside of the box services that could prove profitableContract Management:Oversee contract complianceExecute CPI increases across all client book of business where contractually allowedAssist, execute and approve/reject 100% of customer monthly auditsParticipate in the launch of new clients, renewals and de-implementationEducate clients of local regulatory compliance trends and requirements (e.g., mandatory recycling)Review and approve client specific book of business (spec) changes within governance timelineCustomer Experience:Represent the brand with the highest integrityLead and collaborate with cross functions to ensure accounts receivable (A/R) are current to contract terms and do not exceed 9.9% of the total book of business A/R balance in 60> dayAct as a client resource to escalate and address operational level activities including billing, set-up and service requestsUse in-depth knowledge of internal organizational structure, financial performance, and plant specific trends for assigned clientsActs as the liaison between WMSBS and our field organization to support our clientsOversee client projects including service optimization, audits, etc. (G&D or otherwise)Ensure we are meeting our service obligations by providing quality on-time client bills, reduce and eliminate stop services and missed pick-upsPrepare, host and actively participate in client forumsExecute client specific reporting and complete quarterly score cardsSupport the preparation of cost savings, recycling research and presentationsSet-up new client users and provide client training for the E-business portalBecome well versed with WMs integrated services: solid, special, hazardous, universal, medical, recycling (traditional and non-traditional) beneficial reuse, etc.)Articulate WMs sustainability initiatives including WMRA, TOMRA, Sustainability Services, OGG, etc.Perform site evaluationsMonitor news associated with local facilities to proactively address client requirementsIII.
