Discover more about LexisNexis® Juris® online at www.juris.comAbout the RoleThe Juris Professional Services Consultant is responsible for providing implementation and consulting services to Juris customers. The consultant works independently and jointly with the Juris team to provide clients with "white glove" customer care, a broad range of legal accounting, accounts payable, billing, electronic billing, accounts receivable, reporting and all other related services to meet our customer needs.This role can be performed anywhere within the United States. Responsibilities

Ensuring successful software implementation experiences for clients across all of our products by learning our product suite inside and out

Leading all key implementation phases

Driving project plans, assigning timelines and resources and advising clients on how to become successful using our products

Utilizing existing delivery methodology while continually adding feedback and insights to our processes

Developing and maintaining the relationships within your named accounts and demonstrating value to key stakeholder

Working with other departments to prioritize, coordinate, and apply resources where needed

Being that internal champion that handles client issues, escalating appropriately and tracking to completion

Collaborating with team members on client troubleshooting and methodologies best practice

Requirements

Have extensive experience in consulting or professional services

Be able to solve bigger and more diverse requests and problems for a client

Be able to influence a range of audiences, both internally and externally

Demonstrate judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

Be able to translate business issues into reactive changes

Be an expert in business, products, services, the market, and the needs of assigned accounts
