We're seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to lead in the propagation of annuals, perennials and trees throughout the growing season. Ideal applicant will have knowledge of or experience in the nursery, landscaping or agriculture industry, though it is not a requirement. Main responsibilities include container planting, watering, inventory organization, and fertilization and you must be able to delegate these tasks to other employees as well. Outstanding customer service skills are a requirement. Must also be able to work outdoors for the majority of the work day.
Suggested schedule is from spring to late fall for 40 hours per week Monday-Friday and Saturdays. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Pay starts between $22-$24 per hour with the possibility of more based on experience.
