Pay Rate: $35 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Painting interiors and exteriors
- Carpentry work, including framing, trim, and finishing
- Landscaping, including planting, lawn care, and garden maintenance
- Cleaning and prepping houses for sale
Requirements
- Must have own truck
- Reliable and hardworking
- Proficient in painting, carpentry, landscaping, and general cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
