Saint Michael's College is seeking applications from dependable and efficient workers to fill a full-time grounds member position. This position will have a general schedule from 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts are available if desired. Overtime and working off hours/days are expected and required throughout the year during large campus events and especially in the winter months for forecasted snowstorms. Successful candidates will join a team that maintains campus grounds throughout the year. Starting pay up to $21 per hour based on experience.

Requirements:
Applicants should have the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position or related work experience
- Knowledge of grounds keeping equipment and methods required
- Knowledge of heavy-duty grounds equipment desired
- Can meet the physical demands expected to successfully perform the essential functions and occasional lifting and moving of heavy objects such as landscaping materials, equipment, and furniture required
- Valid driver's license and must be able to successfully pass driving record check. For criteria please see the Driver Acceptability Matrix.
