Location: Waitsfield, Vermont

Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary

About Drip Culture

Drip Culture is an infrared sauna and cold plunge studio in the heart of the Mad River Valley. We’re passionate about creating a space where people feel seen, cared for, and restored. Our studio is built on connection and wellness—whether someone arrives seeking quiet reflection, a reset in their personal health journey, or the energy of sharing the experience with friends.

We hold space for individuals and groups alike, cultivating moments that are both memorable and deeply rooted in wellness.

We’re a small but mighty team, and we’re looking for someone who shares our love of people, has a passion for wellness, and is ready to take a leadership role at the studio as our new Manager.

Position Overview

The Drip Culture Manager is the heartbeat of the studio—overseeing both the guest experience and the behind-the-scenes systems that keep everything running. This is a full-time, salaried role for someone who thrives on connection, loves creating order out of chaos, and can balance warmth with leadership.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations (including safety and maintenance tasks) and business management, manage the team, and recruit and train new team members as necessary. You will be a representative of the company and will continue our community partnerships and collaborations.

You don’t need to know everything walking in the door—we’ll train you on our technical and operational systems. We’re looking for someone who brings strong financial and managerial acumen, the ability to hold space for others, inspire a team, and show up with genuine energy and presence at the studio.

A genuine love for people and community

A strong interest in wellness and the desire to support others in their wellness journeys

Strong interpersonal skills—you lead with kindness and clarity

Leadership mindset—you naturally step up, take initiative, and care about the details

Time management and reliability—you keep the flow moving while making people feel cared for

A keen eye for cleanliness, order, and consistency (our guests notice this every time they visit)

Ability to hold space for connection while keeping schedules and boundaries on track

Business acumen, including ability to:

o Organize and analyze data

o Track trends, goals, and key performance indicators

o Devise strategies to overcome obstacles and meet financial goals

Financial acumen, including the ability to:

o Understand and manage budgets

o Forecast revenue and expenses

o Prepare and analyze performance reports

What We’ll Teach You (Trainable Skills)

How to use our back-end scheduling and booking system (Union)

Day-to-day operational processes (from opening/closing routines to sauna/plunge upkeep)

Staff scheduling, payroll processes, and reporting systems

Tech/admin tasks that support smooth operations
