Key Responsibilities:
Guide potential homebuyers through our model homes and showcase various floor plans
Explain financing options and work with customers throughout the sales process
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and sales activities
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospects
Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth sales processes
Process web inquiries and maintain organized sales documentation
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license
Comfort with technology and basic computer skills
