We are currently accepting applications to join our store team for both Full Time and Part Time. Ideal candidates are available to start before May 5, but we will consider a later start date for the right candidate.
There are additional responsibilities not listed below available to those seeking a more managerial level position. Please inquire with your interest in learning more. Those seeking managerial level positions, will be responsible for additional tasks aligned with their skill set and prior experience, with room for growth.
Store Team members are responsible for providing a quality customer experience for visitors, which includes:
- Delivering top notch customer service for in-store customers
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of storefront
- Restocking product and tidying displays
- Providing feedback on product and category performance
- Communicating with store owners regularly
- Answering customer questions by phone and email
- Create content for social media as needed
- Assisting with additional tasks, such as warehouse tasks, pulling online orders, merchandising new product, restocking supplies, and much more.
All store team members must have an interest in working at least 1 weekend day per week.
Store team applicants interested in part time work - must be available to work at minimum 2 days per week.
Our typical store work hours are between 9:30 am and 6:30 pm, and most team members work a 4 - 8 hour shift falling within this time frame. Split shifts can be the morning block, middle of the day block, or the closing block, with other team members working a full 8 hour shift for that day. Please factor this in when providing your availability.
All store team members must be able to lift 30 lbs regularly without assistance, and bring inventory up and down stairs without accommodation.
