Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Role Overview

Full Circle Property Management is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and HOA-managed condominium properties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a strong grasp of property management processes. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of tenant relations, property maintenance, and leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, responding promptly to inquiries, addressing maintenance requests, and ensuring overall tenant satisfaction.

Leasing Management: Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing vacancies, conducting property showings, screening applicants, and processing applications.

Lease Administration: Draft, review, and enforce lease agreements in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Rent Collection & Financial Management: Handle rent collection, enforce payment deadlines, and manage delinquent accounts. Assist with budgeting and expense tracking to ensure financial objectives are met.

Property Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of properties to ensure they comply with lease agreements, safety standards, and maintenance requirements.

Move-in/Move-out Management: Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, including property inspections and the handling of security deposits.

Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and safety standards.

Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on property status, financial performance, and tenant issues to management or property owners.

On-Call Duty: Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance needs and urgent tenant matters outside of regular business hours.

Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven residential property management experience.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interpret lease agreements and legal documents, and communicate professionally with tenants, contractors, and property owners.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to manage tenant complaints, property issues, and unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency.

Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple properties, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio or similar, as well as basic office software like Microsoft Office.

Driver’s License: A valid driver's license is required.

Preferred Skills

Experience with tenant screening and lease enforcement.

Familiarity with housing regulations and maintenance best practices.

Location: Burlington, VT (In-person)

Physical Requirements: Ability to conduct regular property inspections, including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting small items up to 25 lbs.
