Our young, friendly, and upbeat team is looking for some additional support three days a week from 10am-5pm in Essex Junction VT.
At Upward Mobility we sell, rent, install, and repair durable medical equipment. We are looking for an outgoing, cheerful colleague to join us while we serve our community.
Main duties:
- Answering the phone
-Responding to email inquiries
-Scheduling appointment for the technicians
-Greeting walk in customers and assisting them with store products
-Keeping account of inventory
-Accepting shipments
-Processing payments through the POS system
-Monitoring incoming and outgoing rental paperwork
-Writing quotes and invoices
Must feel comfortable with:
-Typing, Email, Microsoft Word and Excel
-Talking with customers in person and the phone
-Lifting up to 35lbs
Encouraged but not required:
-Sales and customer service experience
