Why The Work Is Interesting:
You will be working in-person directly for a serial entrepreneur who currently owns an advertising media company and a real estate investment company.
On any given day you might be: managing ad campaigns for nationally recognized companies, calling real estate lawyers, paying bills and tracking them in Quickbooks, getting bids to cleanout an abandoned property in another state, discussing the strategy for the next line of business we plan to add, booking travel and scheduling meetings, or even personal tasks like selling unwanted items on craigslist or buying birthday presents for someone.
The qualities and skills you must possess:
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
Google Suite / Microsoft Office (Word, Drive, Calendar)
Quickbooks
Zoom Meetings
You must be willing to make phone calls (NOT SALES). This would be to ad company employees, Realtors, and all other vendors we work with.
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to focus and do tasks quickly
The ability to prioritize and do the thing that earns the company $50,000 first, before doing the thing that saves $1,000.
These Skills/Qualities Are A Plus:
CRM software (Hubspot)
Real estate or construction experience / understanding
Any computer programming ability or experience
Engineering background
Bookkeeping / Accounting
Email marketing
Understanding or experience in advertising or marketing

$45,000/year starting salary - with additional bonus potential

- You must have your own transportation and laptop and you may run local errands from time to time
