We are a craft cannabis manufacturer making quality cannabis products for the VT adult use market since Nov 2022.
We are looking for trustworthy, reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team. We will prioritize applicants that are interested in long term employment. We have one full time and one part time position currently available.
This is an entry level position in the highly competitive world of licensed cannabis manufacturing. Cannabis experience is helpful but not necessary - we will train the right individuals for the job. As we expand and continue to innovate, additional growth opportunities will arise for motivated employees.
Kitchen experience and manufacturing experience are a plus. This is a fast-paced, physical job which requires multi-tasking, standing, lifting and bending throughout the workday.

Duties include assisting with production of edibles and other cannabis products, labelling and packaging products, maintaining a sterile work environment, washing dishes, daily facility cleaning and sanitization duties.
For full time employees, we offer paid time off after 6 months of employment as well as healthcare spending reimbursement.
Onsite consumption of cannabis is against state rules and is not allowed at our facility.
Salary range is $20-$30/hour.

Must be over 21 years old and must complete cannabis employee ID card application with the State of VT. This includes a state and federal criminal background check. All required employee ID card fees will be reimbursed by employer upon state approval.
Ability to lift 30 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to follow directions with attention to detail
Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
