I am currently seeking folks to join my small team for the rest of 2025. We do it all including but not limited to Spring/Fall Cleanups, Hardscapes, Plantings, Fences, mowing, and other odd jobs.
I’m looking to fill a general laborer position in my small landscaping company. Someone who is willing to be flexible and is okay with mixing it up. You would start the spring doing spring cleanups with the crew and then transition to a couple days a week doing mowing and filling the rest of the time helping with hardscaping and planting installations, garden maintenance, and other tasks. The season would finish with fall cleanups and brush cleanups and wraps up sometime after Thanksgiving depending on when the snow starts sticking around
Attention to detail is paramount and you also must be willing to ask for help and be excellent communicators. Reliable transportation is a must and the ability to drive a truck/trailer is also helpful. This is a good opportunity to join a solid company with a good reputation, learn a lot and not get bored doing the same thing every day. I take pride in being a reasonable boss, but expect you to show up on time every day and work hard on a daily basis. Overtime is not required but is certainly available. Compensation is $24/hr+up depending on experience. There are a few paid holidays, and potential for an end of season bonus and other perks if things work out and you stay past this year. Let me know any thoughts or questions you have and I look forward to being in touch! I will mention that I would be willing to entertain someone who is only available 3-4 days/week
