We are seeking Independent Occupancy Field Inspectors in the following areas:
Caledonia: Sutton, Newark, Burke, Sheffield, Hardwick, Walden, Danville, Rygate, Groton, Peacham,Waterford, St. Johnsbury and Surrounding
Essex: Granby, Concord, Lunenburg, East Haven, Island Pond, Brighton and Surrounding.
Property inspections are typically completed on behalf of the mortgage company. The primary duties of a Field Inspector is to locate, photograph, and complete a visual inspection of predetermined properties. We complete Occupancy verification inspections, Vacant property Inspections as well as specialty inspections such as damage inspections.
Examples of tasks required include determining whether the property is occupied of vacant, reporting the condition of the property, delivering door cards, determining utility status, and reporting observed damages.
No experience required.
Requirements:
You must be Local to the Area listed.
A minimum of 30 hours of Daytime availability per week.
