POSITION OVERVIEW: House cleaner is responsible for cleaning rooms and public spaces in between guest stays in a house located in Mendon containing 5 bedrooms with 8 beds. It is critical that housekeeper is attentive to details, be willing to go the extra mile and assist in providing an excellent experience. Ability to be on call in case guests need something. In case there is an emergency, you would need to be able to assist
PAY:

40per house call
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure clean guest rooms and public areas while adhering to the highest standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow established guidelines.
Send photos of beds and common areas of the completed job
Turn on all the lights when you come in so you can see everything you're cleaning. On your way out, turn the lights off.

Patios:
Check cushions and surrounding area
Not much to note here just don’t let it look crazy
Stairs:
Figure out what works best for you
Work from the very top to bottom
sweep from top to bottom collecting dust at each level and then go back over with a rag (the swiffer doesn’t get any left over hairs up on the stairs due to size so sometimes this just works best)
Laundry:
Wipe off top of dryer and washer (they get dusty)
Check lint bin and empty out lint trap
Check surrounding area for dropped laundry
Check tide / dryer sheet inventory
Wash and dry the sheets after every stay
Living room:
Vacuum couch
Vacuum rugs
Vacuum fuzzy chair
Check pillows and throw blanket for hair
Wipe off shelves/ coffee table
Kitchen/ Dining table:
Remove clutter
Wipe off counter
Put paper towel roll under sink/ replace paper towel roll if necessary
Wipe off dining table
Throw away expired items in fridge
Wipe out fridge
Wipe off outside of fridge
Wipe out oven (occasionally turn on self clean to sanitize)
Wipe off stove top
Clean microwave
Sweep everywhere
Swiffer everywhere
Look around and double check everything
When you are finished cleaning all rooms and are about to leave take out and replace trash bags
ALL BATHROOMS:
2 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, one makeup cloth
If the bath mat is dirty wash/ vacuum it (if washing it do that ASAP they take forever to dry since they’re built to retain water)
Get all hairs off the floor. I find the bathroom has the most hair.
Clean toilet
Clean tub/ shower
Squeegee mirror and glass
Wipe off surfaces
Clean sink
Restock toilet paper and make sure there’s extra toilet paper (toilet paper and paper towel storage in garage)
Bedroom notes:
● Clean sheets on all the bed/1 large towel + 1 face towel per person
● Make everything look like a showroom
● Hotel bed corners
● Vacuum all rugs in rooms
● Make sure to get under bed
Hot Tub;
