Job Description Summary:
Gardeners are responsible for weeding, planting, pruning and watering as well as the general maintenance and appearance of the grounds, gardens and buildings. Striving to create a pleasant environment that is safe and secure for both the employees and guests.
Requirements for this position include:
The ability and willingness to interact with guests
The ability to lift 50 lbs. and to perform strenuous physical tasks under a variety of conditions
Experience in gardening work including watering, fertilizing, potting, repotting, pruning, grooming, and general maintenance a
plus
The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
The ability to work a flexible schedule
The ability to work in all weather and temperature conditions
The ability to work independently and follow directions
