We are looking for a full-time employee for Lawn care / Snow plowing business. We are a smoke, drug and alcohol-free workplace. Duties would be to be able to drive a plow truck so a valid license is a must. Shoveling, salting and sanding is also required. Spring we switch over to spring clean ups, Mulching, edging & trimming. Summer is mostly mowing and trimmings and in fall back to clean ups before winter hits. Must be a go getter. Willing and able to get the work done and take pride in the work that you do. If you are not 15 minutes early to work, then you are 15 minutes late. There are things to be done before heading out for any job that we do. Most of what you will be doing depends day to day so you must be able to adapt to whatever it is we have doing on. Right now, in Winter no set workdays. We will call you in when it is time to get to work. That could mean midnight or 3am it all depends on mother nature.
Starting pay for employee could be up to $30.00 per hour. Must be extremely hard working and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
No one will be on their cell phones while driving or operating company vehicles or equipment. No headphones or ear buds allowed as you need to be able to hear what is happening around us.
