Role
Clean and reset 1–4 bed rentals between guest stays (same day turns).
Follow room by room checklist; document issues with photos.
Launder & stage linens/towels to property standard.
Restock basics (soap, paper goods); note low inventory.
Report damages/missing items immediately; submit photo log.
You
Reliable, detail oriented, fast.
Smartphone for photos/text; reliable transportation (snow ready in winter).
Can lift 30 lbs; comfortable with stairs and tight turn windows.
Prior turnover or hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
Schedule & Pay
Mostly late mornings/afternoons; weekends/holidays common.
Pay: $25-28/hour (DOE). Bonuses and advancements based upon performance.
Classification: 1099 contractor
