Sweet Simone's is a full scale bakery in the heart of Richmond, Vermont. Our small cafe develops and creates quality and consistent products that many loyal customers have become dependent on. We specialize in laminated dough, specialty cakes, locally sourced desserts, pastries and savory items. We are looking for another pastry cook to join our small but strong and talented kitchen team.

The pastry cook's in our kitchen are responsible for the production of all items in the bakery. These items include, but are not limited to: scones, muffins, laminated dough, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, tarts, coffee cakes, crumb cakes, bagels, breakfast sandwiches and lunch items. Additional responsibilities may include menu planning, recipe development, inventory management and kitchen maintenance.

We strive for excellence and hope to find someone with a similar outlook. Attention to detail, the ability work quickly, efficiently and cleanly are necessary qualifications. Having strength in all areas of the kitchen, pastry and savory is desired. Early morning availability starting at 6 AM is required.
