About the Chef
Our Executive Chef brings experience from Michelin-starred restaurants including Sepia, Acadia, and Claudia in Chicago, and from leading roles with the Link Restaurant Group in New Orleans. Most recently, he served as Chef de Cuisine at Juku in New York City, overseeing an acclaimed tasting menu in Manhattan’s vibrant dining scene. Now at Edson Hill, he leads a seasonal, ingredient-driven kitchen committed to excellence in execution and storytelling through food.
