Position: Floor Manager (Full-Time)
We’re seeking a dedicated, energetic, and service-oriented Floor Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering seamless front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support front-of-house staff during service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Uphold and model excellent guest service standards
- Manage floor plans and seating to optimize guest flow and experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure communication and service timing are spot on
- Help hire, train, and mentor front-of-house team members
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies when needed
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience (preferably in a farm-to-table or fine-casual setting)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Passion for local food, sustainable practices, and community connection
- Our restaurant is open year round, 4-nights a week, Wednesday to Saturday, with management meeting and office hours on Tuesdays
