Toscano Bistro in Williston, VT is seeking 2-3 Experienced Servers to add to our FOH team.
We will be expanding our seating to an outdoor patio overlooking the Green Mountains this Spring/ Summer/ Fall and need to increase our staff size.

This hire could be seasonal to start and turn into a year-round hire depending on availability.
We serve Lunch & Dinner 5 days/ week (closed Sunday & Monday) so we are guaranteed 2 consecutive days off/ week! 2 meal services each day offers a lot of schedule flexibility, so you don't have to "give up" all of your days OR evenings. Toscano also has 2 weeks of planned vacation per year (1 week Summer, 1 week Winter) where we close up shop and take time to rest, relax, and rejuvenate so that we can better serve the community and ourselves without experiencing common industry burn-out.
Our menu is heavily Italian influenced with French and New-American flair. Our Chef is preparing to roll out a summer menu with some lighter options, as well as preparing to incorporate daily or weekly features which will offer our regular clientele a "chalk-board" style menu offering on top of our standard beloved menu.
Our dining style is up-scale casual for lunch, and casual-fine dining for dinner. We help our guests enjoy an older-style of dinner dining with multiple relaxed courses, generous portions, and multiple steps of service.
