You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys, assist with events, collaborate with the F&B team, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Responsibilities
-Assist with Food Service
-Assist the hotel with various events on the property
-Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
-Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
-Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave.
-Field customer complaints when necessary
-Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
Qualifications
-Be available on Nights and Weekends
-Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
-Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
-At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
-Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
Compensation
$18 - $20 hourly
