La Reprise is a new wine bar and shop rooted in the warmth and conviviality of the great wine bars — places where exceptional wine meets everyday ease. We’re opening soon in Burlington, and we’re assembling a passionate, knowledgeable, and welcoming team to help bring our vision to life.
We’re currently hiring for all positions, including:
Front of House (servers, server assistants, hosts)
Retail Staff (wine and market sales associates)
Cheesemongers
Kitchen Staff (sous chef, prep cooks, line cooks, dishwashers)

At La Reprise, we procure wine that’s full of soul, served with generosity. Our bottle shop and wine bar will highlight wines of integrity alongside a curated cheese and market program and a thoughtful, seasonal menu. We believe people have a right to know what they’re consuming, and we aim to break down the barriers to entry with an informed, approachable, and sincerely hospitable team.
Who You Are:
We’re looking for individuals who share our passion for wine, food, and genuine connection. You might be a hospitality veteran or simply someone excited to learn — either way, you bring curiosity, kindness, and a collaborative spirit to the table.
You are:
Excited to engage and educate, whether at the bar or in the shop
Curious about wine, cheese, and craft food culture
Approachable, dependable, and community-oriented
Comfortable in fast-paced, detail-driven settings
Available evenings and weekends (flexibility is a plus)
