We are seeking a highly qualified Kitchen manager for our fast paced and beloved Spot on the Dock. The Kitchen Manager's primary responsibilities include daily oversight of operations of our kitchen. This role involves managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, controlling inventory, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the General Manager, restaurant team, Purchasing Director to deliver a consistent and exceptional dining experience. The Kitchen manager will have multiple resources to aid in day to day operations including prep staff, Fin Catering staff on site, and a Purchasing Director.
