Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring excellent customer service.
Thursday through Monday schedule, from 3:30-9:30. Starting at $18/hr plus tips
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining room.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Skills:
- Strong background in food service and customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Knowledge of restaurant, hospitality, or hotel operations
- Ability to assist and help guests effectively
- Strong focus on guest services and satisfaction
