Wicked Wings in Winooski is seeking a line cook. Around 30 hours a week, nights, but you can choose your 4 nights. We have a small team of cooks that’s been with us for years. It’s not the toughest job but we stay busy. 80% or more of our menu is fresh cooked food. We don’t par cook anything either. So some skills are needed. Knife work, meat temping, be able to follow recipes and procedures, stuff like that. Not a spoon and go situation. We have 2 grills, 4 fryers and an oven. No microwave, no steam tables. We feed ya and provide drinks and have a 401k program. We don’t tolerate any drug use or drinking on the job. Lax on weed only. Chill environment, but we have work to do.
