Small restaurant looking for a motivated cook/chef to assist with all daily BOH operations. This position will work directly with the co-owner/Chef to execute a from scratch menu that rotates every couple of months. As a very small team we are looking for an individual that is willing to jump in wherever needed. We are looking for someone that is passionate about food and providing high quality service to our guests.
Schedule is afternoons/evenings Thurs-Monday, 40 hrs a week. Daily shift meal, 20% discount, and tip pooling.
Daily tasks include:
Prep, assisting on the line, cleaning, dish-washing, putting away orders, and some food running/bussing.
Ideal candidate will have 1-2 yrs kitchen experience but will consider candidates with a real desire to learn.
