EB Strong's Prime Steakhouse on Church Street in Burlington is seeking an experienced bartender 3-5 shifts available. You should have good knowledge of wine, spirits and food and be pleasant and personable to patrons and staff. Familiarity with POS systems and showing responsibility for handling sales transactions is imperative. The bartender serves our full dinner menu to bar patrons and also makes drinks for the dining room patrons-another 50 possible seats. Two bartenders work together almost every shift, there is teamwork at every turn working with 3-4 servers and a strong kitchen team. We practice fine dining rules and serve dinners from 5:00 pm, Tuesdays through Saturdays with an occasional Sunday. Approximately 20-25 hours per week; Shifts are generally 5-6 hours in duration.
