Systems Engineer

Description The Support Integration Engineer manages application solutions, coordinates the design,installation, documentation, and integrations to third-party software including Azure, AWS, ADPHCM, Google, Microsoft Apps, and others. This also includes supporting SaaS applications withemphasis on configuration, report creation, assisting with data migration, external systemintegration efforts, system testing, documentation, and providing training for rapid adoption.As Support Integration Engineer, you are responsible for Leading or participating inproject/stakeholder meetings as they relate to defining and communicating deployment andsupport requirements, reporting requirements, and deliverables. Analyzing and determiningalternative delivery methods and assisting in creating project timelines and cost estimates.Specifically, you will:· Develops, utilizes, and maintains tools and scripts to automate application deployments,support data integration processes, and create reporting to meet support needs.· Provide technical expertise and support for API integrations, resolving issues, and optimizingperformance.· Understanding of how to monitor integrations, diagnose errors, and troubleshoot issues inintegration workflows.· Provides data integration services around our corporate data warehouse (Snowflake).· Works on User Story to fix configurations as small enhancement requests to resolve frequentlyoccurring issues.· Works on data loading/extraction utilities and tools that involve SQL tuning, FiveTran, Matillion,debugging, and fixing scripts.· Engage in ongoing communications with peers in the Helpdesk and Networking groups as wellas the various business groups to ensure enterprise-wide understanding of security goals, solicitfeedback, and to foster cooperationRequirements QualificationsYou are the ideal candidate if you are:· A natural multi-tasker who thrives when juggling multiple balls in the air at once· A fanatic for detail and organization—nothing gets past you· Resourceful and able to solve any problem that comes your way· A people person—you love interacting with all kinds of people and are unfailingly kind andpatient· Tough when you need to be.
