Posting Summary The Residence Director (RD) is responsible for the development of a residential community within a Learning Community. Reporting to the Area Coordinator, the RD’s role is to support a meaningful residential experience ensuring the residence halls are rich learning environments where students develop and learn the skills necessary to successfully navigate life on campus.
