Description We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, managing front desk and receptionist duties. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Directing phone calls and managing the switchboard Greeting clients and visitors as the first point of contact Managing front desk operations, ensuring professional and efficient service Maintaining and updating administrative systems and processes Conducting data entry tasks as needed Assisting in various administrative tasks and office management duties Ensuring a tidy and presentable reception area Handling queries from clients and visitors Assisting in the coordination of office activities and operations Performing other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing. Requirements Proficiency in Administrative Office tasks including filing, scheduling, and data entry Experience with Direct Phone Calls, managing multiple lines, and routing calls to appropriate departments or individuals Familiarity with standard Receptionist Duties such as greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information High school diploma or equivalent education level Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
