We're looking for a motivated and fast-learning individual to apply for our available position as an Assistant Construction Manager and join our team. The ideal candidate will understand the construction process and have some experience managing and supervising subcontractors. The Assistant Construction Manager will play a key role in helping to ensure that our construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Construction Manager in planning, organizing, and directing construction projects
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines and budgets are met
- Inspect work for quality and completeness
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
- Communicate regularly with the Construction Manager and other stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in management
- Some understanding of the construction process
- Experience managing and supervising subcontractors or team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
