This role involves various HR duties with a focus on Paylocity experience, HRIS management, and Benefits Administration. Your key responsibilities will include:
Utilize Paylocity to manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee HR Information System (HRIS) to maintain employee records, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
Manage Benefits Administration, including enrollment, communication, and addressing employee inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and procedures.
Conduct employee onboarding and assist in the development of training programs.
Support employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution.
Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Requirements
Working knowledge of Paylocity is required!
-Proficient with office computer applications and software, as well as social media platforms
Prior HR Generalist experience
Prior experience or knowledge managing Open Enrollment is a plus
Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
This position's duties require a person who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Excellent written and verbal business skills
