Requirements:
Associate’s Degree
1-2 years of related experience
Excellent phone etiquette and courtesy, professional communication and customer relationship/service
Strong organizational skills
Sense of urgency to answer customer inquiries and solve customer problems
Math skills such as fractions, discounts and volume rebate
Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office
