Gardener - Twin Farms

Twin Farms is seeking one seasonal Farm Hand to join us for the 2025 growing season (July through October). This hands-on role supports both our culinary and landscaping teams by helping operate our small restaurant garden and maintain the flower gardens and grounds across our scenic estate in Barnard, Vermont.You’ll work closely with our chefs and groundskeeper to bring the best of what’s growing into our kitchen and to our guests.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone with a strong work ethic, curiosity, and care for detail. Ideal candidates will bring:Experience with vegetable or flower production (home garden or farm experience both welcome)Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks like kneeling, squatting, and bendingA willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsEfficiency, adaptability, and a positive attitudeStrong communication and a team mindsetReliability to work at least one weekend dayPrimary ResponsibilitiesAssist with all aspects of vegetable and flower production:Bed prep, planting, weeding, harvesting, and wash/packDelivering produce and flowers to the kitchenSupport pest and disease management as neededContribute to general garden maintenance and landscape care
