OneMain Auto is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Restructure Specialist.As a Restructure Specialist , you will re-underwrite and renegotiate indirect auto loans through a network of franchise and independent automobile dealers throughout the United States. In this role you will work with the marketing team to grow geographic regions through phone calls, text messages, and emails.Location: Onsite in West Valley City, UTSchedule: Monday through Friday and rotating SaturdaysPay: base + bonus potentialJob Duties:
Communicate directly with dealership partners and provide best in class customer service.
Work with the marketing team to help grow dealer network and improve current partner efficiencies.
Underwrite changes to existing credit applications.
Work with existing partners to engage nonparticipating and under performing dealerships.
Negotiate rates, fees, terms, loan to values, and other items as necessary with dealership partners.
Maintain a positive and mutually beneficial cohesion within the team.
Assist other departments as required by business needs.
Ensure compliance with OneMain's policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Required experience/education :
High School Diploma/GED required
1 year of sales or credit experience
Goal oriented self-starter
Ability to work well with others
