THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION

A & L Finish Carpentry LLC is looking for a hard-working, trustworthy, reliable individual to join our team of Professionals in a permanent role. This position will help our team oversee jobs that are being worked on and completed by our Finish Carpenters and assist bringing projects to completion. This is a full time position Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm.

We are looking for someone who has office experience, preferably in the construction field but not required. Someone with experience overseeing projects from beginning to end and can keep up with the work flow as well as meet deadlines. You will be in charge of helping to maintain scheduling for jobs that are needing to either be started or completed. Must be organized, have good communication skills, pays close attention to details and able to multi-task. You will also be responsible for entering job data pertaining to completion of multiple items in each job. We need Someone who works well with others and is able to transfer and communicate information received about jobs accurately.

Here at A & L Finish Carpentry we install but are not limited to; Interior and Exterior Doors, Door Casings, Base Trim, Shelving, Door Hardware, Beams, Accent Walls and Bunk Beds.

Note; Please don't apply for this job if you're not serious about working for at least 1 year. It is not worth it to train someone who isn't willing to stick around for a reasonable amount of time. Pay will be determined by experience.

Responsibilities:

Entering necessary job information into our electronic system. May have to occasionally drive around to different job sites to collect information on work completed and or work coming up. Responsible for overseeing multiple project data files until they are finished, assign jobs to workers, be in communication with Superintends and workers.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 2 years working in an office. Also must have Computer Skills, Data Entry Experience, Scheduling Experience, Valid Drivers License and Good Driving Record.
