Red Hawk is looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Must be 21 years of age or older, able to pass a federal background check and pass a drug test.
Upon hire, a TB test is required.

Responsibilities:
Managing, organizing, and filing documents and records, both physically and electronically
Collecting & distributing mail once per week and keeping record of outgoing mail
Managing the calendar - updating for appointments and events
Answering phone calls
Scheduling and arranging medical, dental, and other appointments as necessary for residents
Supply inventory management and distribution
Processing invoices via Quickbooks
Accounts payable and ensuring all bills get paid in a timely manner
Manage employee binders and ensure all are up to compliance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite apps
Proficiency in using a copy machine/scanner
Organized and centered in a changing and, at times, hectic environment
Experience in creating and editing documents using Canva, Word, Google Docs, Adobe, etc.
Job Type: Part-time, M-TH 8am-5pm (some flexibility on schedule time)
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
