JOB DESCRIPTION

Desert Solace is seeking an individual for part-time day positions to assist the clinical staff in providing secure, safe, and supportive treatment to inpatients struggling with pornography and sex addictions.
Schedule: Approximately 20-35 hours/week. A typical shift is from 2 pm to 9:30 pm on weekdays and 7 am-2 pm or 2pm-9:30 pm on weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our support staff members provide daily support to patients of Desert Solace and are expected to mentor healthy attitudes and behaviors. Staff members prepare and eat meals with the clients and join them in a variety of experiential therapies such as recreation, Yoga, hikes and other group activities such as 12-step meetings. You will work directly with patients in goal setting and follow up, and be responsible to enforce program rules.
QUALIFICATIONS
Individuals with experience in addiction recovery are preferred but we are willing to train the right individual. Because we treat men who are dealing with pornography and other sexual addictions, we are looking for men to fill this position.
