We are looking for a skilled massage therapist to join our team. You should be capable of providing our clients with multiple different types of massage treatments. It will be your job to communicate with the clients to identify whether they have any underlying conditions that need to be avoided or supported. You will also tell our guests more about what we do and explain the various treatments we offer that are available to them.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a skilled masseuse above all else. However, you will also need to have strong communication skills, as you will spend the bulk of your time working directly with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patients with high-quality massages that meet their unique needs
- Attend our company’s training sessions and meetings
- Do your part to keep the office clean and sanitized
- Help us maintain patient records
- Assist clients in determining which massage is right for their needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a massage therapist strongly preferred
- Ability to remain standing throughout most of an 8-hour shift
- Licenses in various types of massage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to massage a diverse range of clients
