We’re hiring a Night Auditor to Live. Work. Explore. in Zion National Park!
Job Summary:
The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent customer service while manning the Front Desk overnight. Register guests, process payments, check out guests, and run nightly auditing reports.
The Details:
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Or 6 Months/Seasonal
Season Dates: ASAP
Pay: $13.40/hr
Schedule: 3rd shift/overnight up to 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service while manning the front desk of the dodge.
Register guests, process payments, and finalize guest accounts at checkout.
Assign guest rooms and/or cabins while issuing keys ensuring guest security.
Answer telephones and respond to guest requests.
Accurately follow cash handling procedures and secure bank at all times.
Accurately run the night audit process every shift.
Run and organize reports.
Help organize group room keys/meal coupons.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous Front Desk Night Audit experience preferred.
Requires the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a diverse population of employees and guests.
Ability to maintain professional radio communications.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk throughout 8 hour shifts.
Ability to work independently.
