Brown Consulting Engineers is seeking a qualified full-time Draftsman to join our St. George, Utah office. Brown Consulting Engineers is a full-service engineering and land surveying firm that operates throughout Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects in the fast-growing St. George area. Project disciplines include water, wastewater, storm drain, land development, transportation, and construction management.
Primary Duties Include:
Preparing design drawings and details for civil engineering projects.
Prepare survey drawings and plat maps for property surveys.
Manage project files and survey data from the field.
Use AutoCAD civil 3D software to prepare site plan, grading plan, and utility plan drawings.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
2 + years of experience in civil engineering and surveying projects.
Associates degree in CAD technology or equivalent.
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of projects.
