Client Support Team Meeting Presenter

The Client Support Meeting Presenter will be responsible for delivering informational presentations both in-person and virtually to our new and ongoing participants. This role will ensure that the participant is well-informed and has all the necessary information at hand to successfully complete their healthcare transition to the individual marketplace. The presenter will need to foster relationships with participants and within WTW and is expected to utilize the right processes, tools, and technology. Responsibilities will include creating, modifying, and presenting informational resources, along with working closely with other WTW teams to ensure accurate information is relayed in presentations. Other responsibilities include venue planning, technology oversight and internal support roles. The Client Support Meeting Specialist will liaise with the client services, marketing, enrollment operations, and sales operations teams to collaborate and contribute to the overall success of the company.The Client Support Meeting Presenter will receive meeting requests from clients through the client services team. This role will assist with gathering and organizing key information to be presented to our audience. They will organize meetings, meet with client services, present to participants and coordinate with other specialized teams, plus handle other responsibilities related to presentations that may arise.Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.The Role:

Develop and update content for client presentations

Use feedback and best practices to improve the presentation process

Present content to client participants both virtually through webinars and in-person

Train and assist seasonal benefit advisors to perform client support team duties

Team members will work and collaborate across departments, as needed

Ensure compliance with CMS and WTW regulations

Venue planning for on-site presentations

Manage technology for virtual and in-person meetings

The Requirements

Must maintain a health and life insurance license

Targeted at least 3+ years of health insurance knowledge/experience in a client-facing role or demonstrated capabilities to complete role responsibilities

Relationship Management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships to bring WTW resources and assets tailored to client needs

Business Acumen; knowledge of strategy, tactics, and solutions for the client

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking in-person to large groups, ability to drive complex/technical conversations

Self-sufficient, organized, and able to manage change

Receptive to feedback; critical thinking and problem-solving skills, high adaptability

Collaborates well with others, takes controls of team projects, provides clear guidance to ensure others fulfill their roles effectively.

Strong project management skills: Support end-to-end oversight of projects

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with other relevant online tools

Strong Medicare Insurance Knowledge

Individual and Family Plan Knowledge preferred
