We are seeking leaders with a strong technology background to join our team. Truly a pivotal experience!This position will be responsible for the following:
Drives program / cross platform / trains of trains product delivery demonstrating servant leadership coupled with technical expertise across domains and the corresponding business domain knowledge
Entire lifecycle from initiation to delivery:
Partners with LPM, Product and Engineering owners for early engagement and prioritization process.
Drives Pre-Program Increment (PI) planning meetings with leadership, product management, delivery teams and Business Partners.
Cross Platform Integrated Release Planning and status reporting
E2E Test Management (test data set up, test plan creation, reporting on testing status, etc.)
Partner in the Delivery, Solutioning and Refinement processes to ensure product readiness.
Ensures dependency alignment for the teams & trains across organization & external partners (where applicable)
Partners with Product Managers, Product Owners, New Product Development, Business Partners and Architects to help assure strategy, vision and road map alignment and execution (initiative and epic specific).
Ensures value is achieved by the program/technology product delivery on behalf of end users.
Assist with prioritization via experience regarding cross platform technology delivery and using methodologies such as economic decision making.
Collaborates with Delivery Managers (DMs), Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and TPMs to identify and coordinate cross-platforms dependencies
Create data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the program through the use of relevant portfolio, program and team level metrics.
Manages impediments, risks, dependencies and resourcing needs across stakeholders and senior leadership as appropriate.
Support and encourage innovation through continuous exploration.
Aggregates and drives End-to-End Program Increment (PI) objectives into Epic/Cross-Train Release objectives to ensure successful delivery.
Identify and manage gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams and trains.
Track and measure capability and epic execution
Manages external relationships, e.g. product partners or technology vendors on behalf of Technology organization (where appropriate).
Technical Skills
Inform or co-develop architecture and process flows to ensure end to end technology product solutions
Understand the program’s technical platforms and applications
Execute solution technical alignment discussions . Bridges the gap between product teams
Leadership and Coaching
Coach leaders, teams in technology and product management in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets

Minimum QualificationsQualifications for this Position are as follows:
3 years of Scrum Master experience
7 years relevant Program and/or Project Management experience
Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages is ideal
Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver solutions
Current/active PMI-ACP, PMP, SPC or SA certification a plus
Additional Agile certifications a plus
BS or MS degree in computer science or equivalent working experience is preferred
QualificationsSalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
