This is not your typical framing job. We offer monthly performance bonuses! Pay does depend on position and experience, however, most framers make anywhere from $15 - $30 an hour. Hard workers make more than that! Job duties include but are not limited to;
-Erecting Track Style Homes
-Building Custom Style Homes
-Framing MDU Style Structures
-Setting Trusses
-Hanging Doors/Windows
-Attending Daily/Weekly Safety Meetings
-Maintaining Current Client Relationships
-Troubleshooting Equipment Issues
-Upkeep of Equipment
-Building/Erecting Walls
-All aspects of carpentry
